Poets of the Night

[Current Mood |indifferentindifferent]

at times life feels strange and hollow
unaffected by pain and sorrow
untouched by death
away from home
away from self
in a world of
unknown known
detached i feel as if nothing can touch me ,
not you
not any one else
far way where no one can reach
beyond limits ,beyond the horizon
in a world of bizarre thoughts
that seem my very own
i find myself living
though um out alone
in my loneliness i live the best of my life
for my thoughts are my life.

Poets of the Night

Once lived a life of joy,
of pride and happiness too.
Got everything I wanted,
my wishes all came true.
But then you came along,
came along and changed it all.
My life fell into pieces,
and that's when I took the fall.

I felt like life was over,
like there was nothing more.
I lived a life of violence,
of pain and blood and gore.
Then I started to realize,
there really was a way out.
An escape to all the misery,
I never knew about.

So I wrote you one last letter,
and In which I said my final words.
I told you how I felt,
how inside I was really hurt.
I cried my final tears,
and then it was time to go.
I swallowed 40 painkillers,
this later on you'll know.

When you open the door I lie there,
lie there on the ground.
You stand and look in terror,
nobody makes a sound.
You'll never ever see me,
for now I've left you all.
As time goes on please realize,
that this was all your fault...

Poets of the Night

fill in the blanks:

The fox drags its  soft  belly
Over the  tracks , the crimson
Of  blood  burst with a mild  sound ,
Soft as  tripe ,  stemmed  as roses.
Over the  wheel  that feels  nothing ,
Whose  arc  can give  death ,
The fox  points elsewhere .

Poets of the Night

On the stool,
the fat lady sings
through a gramophone in-
to a micro-

The record
is broken.

Poets of the Night

Of my twisted heart that lies within,
I feel it hurting against my skin.
Harder, faster as seconds go by,
Clinging, to the last few beats of life.

Soaked and dripping of a crimson stain,
Bleeding away the poison and pain.
Empty is my soul, dead is my core,
I am nothing less or nothing more.
